These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Senior Living for Me website (the “Site”) and the related services we provide (the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Services.
⚠️ Important Notice: These Terms include a mandatory arbitration agreement, waiver of class actions, and waiver of jury trial that affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
Senior Living for Me offers information and referral services to help individuals and families learn about and connect with senior living and care options. These may include independent living, assisted living, home care, memory care, nursing homes, or residential care homes. Based on the preferences you share with us, we provide information on senior housing communities or care providers that participate in our network (“Participating Communities”).
We may forward your contact details to Participating Communities so they can reach out directly. Families can also access additional information and speak with our advisors for personalized assistance. The service is free for families; Participating Communities compensate us for referrals.
2. Participating Communities’ Responsibilities
Participating Communities are solely responsible for:
- Deciding whether to accept or decline potential residents;
- The care, staffing, and safety at their facilities;
- Ensuring their employees are properly trained, licensed, and qualified;
- The accuracy and content of the information they provide to us or post on the Site.
We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the information supplied by Participating Communities and we are not liable for its accuracy or completeness.
3. No Endorsement or Placement Role
Senior Living for Me is not a broker, agent, or representative for either families or Participating Communities. We do not:
- Perform medical evaluations;
- Decide admissions;
- Guarantee quality of care;
- Negotiate or complete contracts.
Final decisions are solely between you, your family, and the Participating Community. We do not lease, sell, or place residents in senior housing directly.
4. No Professional Advice
The information provided through the Site or Services is for informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for these matters. You agree that Senior Living for Me has no liability for actions you take (or do not take) based on information received through our Site or Services.
5. Privacy & Consent to Communications
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting forms or information on our Site, you agree that:
- We may share your information with Participating Communities for the purpose of providing Services.
- You consent to being contacted by us or Participating Communities by phone, text, email, or mail, even if you are on a Do Not Call list.
- This consent continues until you notify us to stop.
6. Call Recording & Text Messaging
- Call Monitoring: Phone calls with Senior Living for Me may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. By using our Services, you consent to this.
- Automated Contact: You agree that Senior Living for Me and Participating Communities may contact you with automated dialers or prerecorded messages at the number you provide. Consent is not required to use our Services.
7. Acceptable Use of the Site
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Site for illegal purposes;
- Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- Interfering with Site operation or security;
- Collecting or scraping user data;
- Reverse engineering or attempting to gain unauthorized access;
- Sending spam or mass solicitations;
- Harassing, impersonating, or harming others;
- Posting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
Violation may result in termination of your access.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and trade names on the Site are the property of Senior Living for Me or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Site may contain links to external websites. These are provided for convenience only. Senior Living for Me does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.
11. Third-Party Products & Services
We may display advertisements, promotions, or references to third-party services (including Participating Communities). We do not guarantee their accuracy or quality and are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party products or services.
12. Public Areas & Submissions
If you post comments, suggestions, or content on public areas of our Site (such as forums), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You represent that you own the rights to what you post and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Content must not be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Accuracy or reliability of information;
- Availability or uninterrupted use of the Site;
- Quality or performance of Participating Communities;
- Security or virus-free systems.
You use the Site and Services at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Living for Me and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of:
- $50 USD, or
- The amount you paid us for Services.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senior Living for Me, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
17. Changes to the Site or Services
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
